Bridesmaid Luncheon

Just found out I am going to be hosting a Bridesmaid's Luncheon for my sister in law in a totally different state. Good think I think she is great because I think logistically it is going to take some organization. Luckily I have been given a year's notice and my mother in law wants to have it at her house so at least location is marked off.

Any ideas are welcome.
