Which side is my gas tank on?

Have you ever driven your husband's car, a friends, or a rental and pulled up to the gas tank and wondered which side is my gas tank on?

A couple of weeks ago I was watching "ELLEN" and she shared a helpful hint.

Take a look at you gas gauge and right next to the little gas pump desigating that area you will see a small arrow pointing either to the left or the right. This is your little hint as to where your gas gauge is.

I am not sure if that is for every make or model, but we have two FORDS and it works for them and I think that Ellen said she was driving a LEXUS.
