NASCAR-Husband's Hobby

As a single woman I would I watch enough football, basketball, nascar etc. to be able to maintain an intelligent conversation with any potential dates I might have. I got married 10 years ago and assumed that I was through with that.

WRONG!!!

Today as I sit waiting for my husband to come back from a class I find myself watching NASCAR. Well admittedly during commercials I flip to HGTV and watch Design on a Dime and Divine Design.

Back to the point which I believe I might have discussed before today, how wives and I guess husband's adjust their interests to their significant others. I play fantasy football and watch NASCAR , and aid him in his BBQ habit, he will go to an occasional flea market with me. He has recently developed an interest in Bonsai. I have put my foot down and told me that has no interest for me and he is on his own.
